Cons

The company does not have a good process for rolling out successful programs in the hardware and operations side. Roles and responsibilities are vague. Internal communications are chaotic. This is an in-person company, don't go remote or they will try to manage you out. Limited upward mobility

Pros

+ Great people + Great collaborative culture, pretty much anyone is just a DM away + Great camaraderie among the technical staff, with everyone from technicians to roboticists getting along + "Fun vibes"

Cons

As the company shifted more towards productization, the "BD magic" started fading. Work started getting less interesting and more people problems started arising. For roboticists, one of the biggest problems was the amount of "interesting problems" available started dwindling. I heard about cases where new hires were promised some cool awesome role, but showed up to much more mundane work (e.g. burning down tech debt, writing tests, etc.).
