      Pros

      Nearly everybody around you is a world-class, enthusiastic engineer from various fields. Company is growing and pulling in more and more diverse skill sets and people. Great culture of wanting to do good in the world and make advances in the field. Lots of great folks to learn from for early and mid-career engineers, and bleeding edge work for more experienced technical engineers.

      Cons

      Benefits have changed several times since I joined. And people work very hard here.. though this could be construed as a good thing :)

      Pros

      Never worked for a company with an executive leadership teams that cares as much about their employees as Boston Dynamics. The Engineering teams have a great culture and attitude of making exceptional robots. Even better the HR team is one of the best I’ve ever worked with for promoting change, cultural adoption, and talent acquisition.

      Cons

      Rapid growth always causes growing pains. The rate at which the management addresses the seam bursts is telling about the overall organizational health.
