Pros

Decent pay, lots of vacation time

Cons

Extremely busy schedule everyday and you are expected to treat as many patients as possible. This organization does not focus on quality patient care, they only focus on numbers and how many patients can be done in one shift. Teaching hospital which means you have a different person following you around everyday constantly asking you questions while you are trying to keep up with your required tasks.

Pros

I like the people I work with. Great salary and benefits.

Cons

The hospital needs to take a stand with destructive patients. 2 strikes and your out. Nurses waste to much time with patients that have destructive behavior.
