Pros

Great benefits. If you are a bmc employee and you go to a bmc provider for care, your insurance is free at no cost

Cons

The Union doesn't fight as much anymore for the employees like they use to.

Pros

You can work with and learn a lot of different things by associating with professionals and students from the Boston University Medical School as well as the hospital.

Cons

The hospital is a bit poor and the people of the surrounding community can be a little scary with addicts and criminals coming to the hospital for treatment.

Pros

Benefits are average, if you keep your head down you keep your job easy to take credit for work that you don't do. --not my thing but it's seen over and over again at director to VP levels

Cons

Not allowed to shine to much in order to not upset other divisions. Real work is discouraged in order not to improve to quickly. To much back stabbing and gossiping.
