Pros
The employees and the patients are the best reason to work at Boston Medical Center. At BMC you can really be yourself, and be fully accepted. People have great senses of humor, but are also brilliant and great at their jobs. The patient population is unbelievably unique. The other Boston hospitals have good patient populations as well, but nothing quite compares to the BMC population, which is made up of a mix of various underserved populations, as well as a variety of middle and upper class patients.
Cons
Overshadowed in name by the Harvard hospitals, but probably should not be.
