      Pros

      very prestigious with access to very important figures in the research field, loose work schedule can easily work around personal life

      Cons

      Area around medical center not very appealing and taking public transportation there is difficult, buildings seem to be under constant renovation

      Pros

      Great co-workers, Great Benefits and a pleasant work atmosphere. There are a lot of talented physicians at this hospital, all very pleasant.

      Cons

      Within departments there are minimum opportunity for growth. This was not the case when I asked the same question at the interview.
