      No training, inadequate tools and resources to perform job, toxic work culture stemming from the immature Director that has and will continue drive away talented workers. As mentioned, high turnover due to toxic work environment. lots of casting blame. When the whole team isn't meeting expectation, the leader needs to look into the mirror and self reflect. No one with self dignity would choose to work here.
