Pros

Great new grad programs now. Good staff. Good money

Cons

Not paid or staffed enough for all we do Some difficult clientele, never mind the clients visitors; many have been known to do drugs in the hospitals bathroom. Perhaps they think they are safer there if they OD and that goes on a lot there!!

Pros

Benefits are good. Free health insurance, life insurance, disability and multiple others if you want to pay.

Cons

Management is too busy trying to please the next boss, not enough training, constant change for no reason. Union just collects money and does nothing to help employees and if you make a legit complaint they will assist the hospital in getting rid of you
