      - Good clinical support. - Lots of autonomy - Good base salary

      Cons

      - Encouraged not to take lunch breaks - Work in a very small office in the ED - Forced to be part of the SEU 1099 union despite not receiving benefits if part-time

      Pros

      The culture and the people at BMC are what makes it so great. I never have felt so welcomed or at home as I did here. The staffing ratios are amazing. You get lots of interesting patient populations.

      Honestly this is a great place to work and if Boston wasn’t so cold in the winter, I’d still be working here
