Senior Management doesn't take time to understand individual store culture, listen to employees (even longer term), won't change toxic behaviors, doesn't see potential for current employees, don't provide ways for store employees to move up. They straight up have you sign a release form of any creative ideas or creations you made have while working there. They speak of creative integrity but then pull this stunt,
