Pros

Amazing deals, great employee discount, fantastic management, and lots of hours if you warn them.

Cons

The same with all retail. Crowds in a small area and frustrated customers, which is worse around the holidays

Pros

Customers and coworkers were wonderful. Management encouraged communication above all. Customers were all nerds but my boss was the biggest nerd so work was always full of fun nerdy conversations

Cons

It's retail. It had all the normal downsides of retail.

Pros

Great product, good discounts within company, fun product to work with

Cons

Disorganized Micromanaged to a point that you can’t run your store So much operational activity you can’t focus on customers (literally have to tally everything you do) No respect for customers wishes - forced to get customer phone number, email, birthdate, zip code - regardless if the customer wants to protect their info Can not be honest about your business, traffic trends, product selection, etc effecting business. Have to say in front of entire district that you and your people are what’s wrong if sales/loyalty/and or conversion goals aren’t met. Too many conference calls
