Pros

Discounts at HotTopic, Torrid and BL

Cons

The company doesn't care about the employees. The communication is minimal and the product quality is not consistent. Training is a mess. Systems are old. Paper work is out of control.

Pros

The people you meet and work with. Flexible scheduling. Good benefits.

Cons

Unorganized management. Very repetitive. Underpaid. Inconsistent hours. You can be easily replaced for someone who will do things for cheaper if you do not comply, there is no real respect or loyalty. Feels like they could care less about your needs and whats fair; however, don't you dare forget the slightest detail.
