Pros

flexible hours that work with a college schedule. The work isn't difficult and the shifts aren't long. The 20% employee discount is decent.

Cons

The job requires you to push membership onto customers too much. You are penalized when customers don't want to join and I don't believe that is fair. Customers are allowed to not want to give up their personal information to companies.

Pros

The team you build/hire Hot Topic discount The products

Cons

Upper Management is a joke; DMs & RMs very unprofessional. Male DMs are inappropriate with employees in store(sharing personal # with SMs) Payroll is atrocious; lots of times you’re alone for 6+ hrs no breaks Store to store tattling is encouraged The push for loyalty sign ups is ridiculous; no other KPIs are judged this hard No kudos for a job well done; only complaints and down talking Quality of clothing
