Great Company to Work For!

Pros

The Company has a great reputation in the community and the culture is warm, friendly and comfortable. Senior leadership is incredibly competent and forward thinking. Can't imagine working for any other casino.

Cons

The only downside is market conditions, which has nothing to do with the company. As with everyone else, we'll be very happy when the storm passes.

Pros

Benefits H.R. Director fair to most Workers. Horse Races and Casino, Customers are very good on property to meet and help out. Get to hear all kinds of stories from both sides of the Gambling world.

Cons

Unfair treatment in race Facility Director and Manager. Director is very rude to Supervision and workers not qualified to lead. Director is unfair in sharing of wages to workers doing his job.

Pros

The people I work for and work with have made all the difference in making it a great place to work. I have learned a lot since I've been there,and even though some of it hasn't been easy,it's been worth it. My job is never boring and never predictable,which makes it interesting. I have learned a lot especially in the last year. But it really is the people that make it worth it.

Cons

The only real downside to me is the salary. I understand why it is low,but really do wish the annual raises could be a little better.We work very hard each and every day,and we always strive to do the best job possible.
