Thank you for your feedback! We are very proud of our B&R culture and strive to provide a great workplace for every member of the B&R team.
B&R has a flexible work environment and encourages specializations and growth within the firm. They have an awesome CPE program that allows employees to easily obtain required CPE credits. They continue to improve their business model year after year (communication, education, etc.).
Cons
When working in a smaller office, there aren't as many mentors available to help with professional and accounting growth. Communication isn't always consistent, but is improving.
Fantastic work environment. The organization respects its employees and the partners are reasonable. B&R has a wonderful culture with lots of young professionals. There is an appropriate balance between a professional and enjoyable work environment. For recent graduates, the firm is very patient with your growth and transition into the professional world. Flex scheduling is also a plus.
Cons
Given the nature of the business, it can be difficult working with different personalities.
