      Most employees are overwhelmed with work. Their main focus is buying up companies, merging them, reducing staff, & cutting costs.

      You can leave early because management is nowhere to be found

      Cons

      No one at the executive level has any idea how to do their jobs, everyone from mid-manager up spend all their time hiding their incompetence. No raises, at all, for anyone.
