The benefits are so so better then most box truck. You have a class A its a speedy plus here hazmat bank

The operation is still old school from loading to selecting but there coming around

Pay is good. Upper Management is trash

Pros

Great PTO structure. A lot of lower management is reasonable.

Cons

The upper management is horrible. All you are is a number to them. They refuse to help you unless it makes them money. All they care about is buying other companies when the company is already bloated as is. Health insurance is also horrible.
