I couldn't imagine a worse company to work for. They have no interest in creating a positive employee experience in any way. The executive team acts like they are innovators in some interesting industry called "JanSan". Basically they just sell toilet paper and cleaning supplies in bulk. Its a little sad. HR leadership is highly unqualified and has zero backbone. They will do whatever the out of touch CEO says, regardless of what's right or wrong. It's textbook old school, middle market, boring, industrial corporate lameness. They have this silly branding using bees that doesn't make any sense. "Join the beehive" they say. So the goal is to be a worker bee in a hive? Sign me up!! I can't wait to start. Its actually insulting to bees, who are perfectly fine creatures, given the lack of management talent at this organization.
