Pros

Great people and great food

Cons

A not insignificant number of redundancies WERE made. People lost their livelihoods. It is outrageous that someone would promote this falsehood when people lost their jobs in the middle of a pandemic. Disgraceful.

Pros

- Management engagement - Perks & benefits - Transparent salary reviews and pay bands - everyone at each level gets paid the same - D&I

Cons

- not being able to get in the office - entitled team members who complain if not promoted every 2 months there are some negative reviews on here which are from those that have not been promoted every 3 minutes! During 2020 the company made 3 rounds of pay rises and promotions and no one took a salary cut or redundant (despite someones bitter review here!).
