Very cliquey and bad pay

Pros

Good clients & good opportunities. The other team members were lovely and helpful.

Cons

I was on quite a low salary, but was expected to go to London at least twice a month, and received no help with the travel or accommodation, even though the meetings were mandatory. I asked for a pay rise to help with this; however, they said that I was on the right pay and matched that of a London-based employee. I knew this was false, as I spoke to another member of staff (a male based in Yorkshire) and he was on at least 5K more than me, despite being in the same role. Additionally, the team can be quite cliquey if you're not based in London yourself, and this was made very clear at the meet-ups/in-office days. Lastly, there was no appraisal for any work. I worked across multiple different campaigns within different sectors (fashion & beauty, sports, entertainment) etc and yet received no appraisal at all. I was spread quite thin, but I was expected to be able to help anyone at the drop of a hat, which wasn't very fair at all.
