Fun yet low pay

Pros

If your looking for a relaxed environment and opportunity to explore buenos aires, apply to the academy.

Cons

Low pay, you cannot choose what you specialise in. I joined as a stem graduate thinking it would be a technical role but it is not at all. They say there are opportunities to join these teams but only if roles open up so if you are looking for consistency or security dont join. The progression is based on your manager so some people who have good relationships with them get promoted whilst other hard workers dont purely on personal grounds.
