A decent job

Pros

Flexible work, great people, a million professional and social opportunities if you are proactive. You can't sit back and wait for great things to happen without your input.

Cons

Pay does seem low, and conversations about pay rises go NOWHERE. Sadly, like many other jobs, they prefer to pay new joiners a decent salary and expect you to leave if you want a pay rise.
