Not a very nice company to work for
Pros
The best thing about the company is some good perks like free breakfast and lunch, opportunities to work abroad and smart people within the teams to learn off of.
Cons
Terrible salaries. Terrible treatment of employees, i.e. they constantly move people around to please clients with no long term recruitment strategy in place (seems to be because they are tight) and no consideration of the individual at hand. They also blame individual teams for things which are the company's fault, i.e. lack of support and direction. They made a particular mess of the Molzi acquisition (which is well known within the industry), so if you want to work in the Amazon space I would not accept a job offer here. And whilst there are some very smart and nice people who work there, there are huge gaps in leadership (probably because so many have only ever worked at Brainlabs) and it shows in the lack of proper support and development of the teams. Leadership aren't very transparent at all and job training is below par.
