Pros

-Coworkers that actually want you to grow and give responsibility to earn those valuable teaching moments -Leaders that communicate transparently, even when they mess something up -401k -Great benefits (better for families than individuals) -Flexible work schedule

Cons

-Growing quickly to a point where organization and processes can be messy however there is still transparency that they know we're figuring it out as we go and are open to feedback -No career ladder to follow -No bonuses

Pros

A small handful of coworkers that were great to work with…. Finding pleasant people to work with at this place was very difficult, so the few that were great were really great

Cons

Lack of structure — there is no real structure amongst the different teams (or hives as they like to call them) where you have too many hands in one pot! Too many inputs, for very little outputs. Instead of having a cohesive structure where each individual has a focus, you end up having several people all trying to work on the same thing or several people giving their own inputs as to how someone should do there job No employee development— the amount of employees here with very little skills here is horrific! This company is not setting anyone up for success. No training, coaching, or real career pathing. Unfortunately, some of the employees that have been here for a while will have tough time finding jobs elsewhere without getting any real foundational support from Brainlabs Upside down business focus — the company wants to focus on signing on “big fishes” aka big branded companies….. the issue with that is with what service offerings?? With what employees?? With what skills?? Compared to other agencies…. Brainlabs isn’t even offering half of the services or customer care their competitors are offering. Employees are already spread too thin to take the time necessary to service big clients LOW PAY — Not paying employees what they deserve is an outdated and unfair business practice. For the amount of work and time it takes to service clients, train team members, and pitch to new clients — brainlabs should at the very least offer market rates + bonuses (especially for a sales tactic like pitching) Last but not least UK overreach — UK team members that are working on the US side were extremely difficult to work with. Everyone has their own way of working…. But these particular team members were insistent on things being done their way and their way only. The working style is much more abrasive then it is on the US. Trying to get work done without any of them meddling or going behind your back was tiresome. The experience with them is honestly what made several team members miserable and ready to quit
