Pros

- Flexible working - No toxicity - People there are nice

Cons

- Flexible working - they offer this to everyone but then it gets used against you if you then don't come into the office - The pay is very disappointing and below industry standard, no bonuses offered. Any opportunities for pay rises/ promotions get delayed due to the senior team changing the structure of things. This has happened the last two pay review periods and there is 0 transparency until the very last minute - People are constantly leaving (because of the poor pay) and nobody is being replaced, so everyone that stays are so stretched across clients and working longer than their contracted hours. But does this get recognised? no.
