The people - smart and intelligent people that encourage you to do your best work Super transparent on career progression - I know what I'm responsible for and how to get to the next step Mobility opportunities that allow working from different countries have meant I've be able to travel and work

Pros

Remote work, although they are changing that with hiring new people only in cities there’s an office

Cons

Be Heard Survey to gauge employee well being is just a way for senior leadership to use it against you. Workload is terrible, burnout is real but if you complain, you’re the problem Senior leadership is an inner circle of self important people giving each other promotions and not caring about employees who actually keep the business running Toxic work environment. You’ll be asked to lie on your timesheets and then lie on the Be Heard surveys to ensure management is happy
