Rapid Growth, Rapid Turnover

Pros

The people here are genuinely kind, truly talented and intelligent. There is definitely team spirit here.

Cons

After merging several times in recent months, workload grew and employees suffered. There began a shift of employee centric management to profit centric management. Pay is okay but as turnover increases people get stretched too thin. This is not the company it once was.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Agreed with you that the people here are fantastic! You're right that we are growing quickly, which unfortunately creates growing pains both from a capacity and structure standpoint. To support our dynamic agency needs, we have a monthly staffing review where we review capacity and staffing requests from our hive leads and department heads. Additionally, we continue to review and action feedback received from the team so we can continue to improve as a company!

Pros

- Smart colleagues - Company growth - Remote work

Cons

- Poor compensation - Short staffed and overworked - Private equity backed, meaning Brainlabs is only a line item to them and very little room on budget. Cheap talent, high turnover

Pros

It is a job, and you can pursue public speaking and client-facing experience early in your career if that's something you want.

Cons

Brainlabs management reneges on their promises, specifically a) maintaining competitive healthcare benefits, b) promotions, c) pay increases, d) protecting and giving "golden time" to promote ongoing learning, e) not overworking employees. Management are so focused on growing the agency by acquiring new businesses that they completely neglect their talent.
