      Pros

      There is a culture of genuine desire to help others. Feedback is alive and well. I appreciate the interconnectivity between all the teams. Leadership seems to truly care about employees on an individual basis. Plenty of opportunity to grow into other areas of the business.

      Cons

      Sometimes folks will get bummed when there isn't their favorite flavor of LaCroix or get cynical about PayPal bureaucracy. It's true that there are some rules, but the Braintree culture is still so alive. Nothing to complain about!
