Pros

Professional Growth Plethora of great resources to learn and grow. Subscriptions include O'Reilly media, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning. Braintree treats pair programming as a first class citizen so context sharing comes more naturally. Because of this and the Open Dev days every 2 weeks, I've had to do less to hone in on technical skills (something I've been used to in prior jobs). IMO this is how organizations should actually implement a "good work life balance" by implementing the right processes that allow that to be true. Benefits Good package overall. Industry standard 401k match. Good health care options. Onboarding As good as I've ever seen. The onboarding sessions were interesting, organized, and interactive. Extremely happy with how much thought was put into easing employees into the organization. IT team is stellar (which is crucial given everyone is working remotely) Culture Leadership has and is continuing to put forth programs and initiatives to tackle some hard social issues.

Cons

More integration of PayPal has made things more volatile in terms of reorgs. These changes have come up as pain points in collaboration tooling (i.e having to go from Google Suite to Microsoft) and migrations.
