Pros

-Really great and talented people who do care -Lots of opportunity to grow inside of the company -Fair pay and EXCELLENT treatment -Get to work with some of the coolest companies in the tech worlds on a regular basis -Free lunches

Cons

-There is nobody to fall back on but you and your team so don't expect a huge safety net -The learning curve is steep -Dev-centric company which is great but expect to put in some late hours getting up to speed on programming in general -You own the problem from beginning to end so there can be some 2 AM nights

We think we have lots of talented people, too. That's how the magic will be alive for a long time to come.

Pros

I like that there's no vacation policy and there's a great work/life balance. It's a very fun and social atmosphere. Everything moves at a very fast pace, so there's never a dull moment. Braintree tends to attract great people, so co-workers are typically a pleasure.

Cons

Braintree has some growing pains due to its explosive growth. Developers are treated better than other employees, which can be frustrating. Company typically doesn't promote from within.
