Pros

- Everyone is incredibly driven and hard-working - Supportive leadership team - they want everyone at the company to succeed - Very transparent - always know what is going on (good and bad) across the different teams. - Founders are strong leaders and provide clear updates / vision on all-hands - Fast paced environment - growing rapidly, very exciting time to join

Cons

- Fully remote, which can be challenging to get to know co-workers however does provide a lot of flexibility

Pros

As a remote-first company, you would think it would be hard to feel connected to your coworkers and leaders. This is not the case at all -- the people who work at Braintrust are some of the most hardworking, motivated, and kind people I've met. Everyone is working towards a common goal, and there is a huge amount of cross-team collaboration. The mission of our founders is lived out in the work we do every day, and it's a really awesome feeling to know that you're actually working on a project that will change the freelance marketplace for the better.

Cons

If you are worried about not having an office to go into, then maybe this isn't the place for you. (I always thought that would be a requirement for me, but I've actually adjusted to it well.) Be ready to hit the ground running!

Pros

Culture: Everyone is rowing in the same direction all of the time. There is a real drive to do the right thing, move fast, and not solve problems unilaterally Leadership: Top-down, this is an incredible group of leaders and the amount of thoughtfulness that goes into everything they do is more than I've experienced in my 20+ sales career. The marketplace: The marketplace we serve is in desperate need of equity and disruption. They are building something that can change the world for the better Benefits: Ownership - first and foremost, a competitive salary, healthcare, 401k, learning & development, technology, gym, and house cleaning (!!!) stipends. Work/Life - Yes it's a new company, and yes the work is hard and you work a lot. However, we all have families and there is space to ensure you can take care of yourself and your family.

Cons

Hard to find a con but I'd say typical early years growing pains. Better come with your big boy/girl pants on because the highs and lows are everywhere.
