      Pros

      Braintrust is a great company I was referred by a friend and couldn’t be happier I made the change! Management is very communicative and my training by Mina and Leeanna has been the perfect pace for me. Also, it’s fully remote which is preferred for me and my work life balance.

      Cons

      Not much cons to list. Since it is a startup being organized is your best approach! If you struggle with organization this might not be your best fit. I’ve found even though that’s not my strongest area, the training has helped me overcome that area of improvement in myself.
