      Pros

      Completely disruptive network that is changing the recruitment game. It is fun to be a part of. Leadership team is approachable and constantly looking for suggestions and feedback. Complete trust in the team. My direct boss, Grady, is a servant leader who is always trying to help make it easier to do our jobs. Always available and supportive while giving his team the space to thrive. Team of A players that collaborates at a high level. We all work really hard but work/life balance is emphasized.

      Cons

      While there are always things to improve on, there are none glaring enough to call out.

      Pros

      The Braintrust team and community are an amazing group of professionals dedicated to making real change in the lives of working freelancers (and work in general). Everyone is very driven, yet collaborative, honest, transparent, and most of all good humans!

      Cons

      Working remotely full-time is great, but only works if you have the discipline and capability to do so. While there are occasional in-person meetings, it's not a full-time office environment.

      Very organized regarding payment. Always paid on time. Very responsive to any corrections that needed to be made to weekly payments.

      Cons

      Pay rate is per hour, but sessions are often less than an hour. No pay for down-time between sessions.
