Leadership: Two successful founders who have each started 4 companies prior to Braintrust. The best part? They are humans. They care about their team deeply, and have lives outside of work. Goals: The company is very goal oriented and data driven. And, in the past 6+ months, we’ve blown every goal we’ve set out of the water. So, if you like to set goals, exceed them, and repeat, this is the place for you. Culture: Highly autonomous, and relentless in pursuit of greatness. Cons
Not sure this is a “con” per se, but it’s hard work! The company has gained amazing traction in it’s 2+ years of existence, so the hard work has definitely paid off, but if it was easy, everyone would be doing it ;-)
