      Great benefits package, small corporate company, family owned

      Company was fantastic until sons of original owner took over. According to their mission statement, "Brakes Plus has two important assets, our employees and our customers. Our mission is to supply the customer with quality parts and world class service at a great price. Our philosophy has always been for EVERY CUSTOMER to have a positive experience at Brakes Plus." While part of this is true, Brakes Plus does not care about their employees. They care about making money and driving sales no matter the cost to employees or their families.

      Flexible schedule, great benefits, health benefits are one of the best at the lowest price an employer can offer, Full support of the corporate staff, Ability to think outside the box and a high possibility of running with the idea with support

      Cons

      Must work most Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays. Some dated equipment that needs to be upgraded...updates are currently be considered or in process
