Pros

Dispatch center was open to suggestions for improvement. Rotated in several different departments to get a better understanding of operations. Were accommodating with work/life balance, especially in the case of family emergencies. Coworkers fostered an environment of mutual respect and helped me develop into the position.

Cons

Structure of internship program not formally organized or implemented. Had to find my own work and projects to interact with.

There are a few people that actually care and try to help. Good benefits. They provide a company phone, laptop, and car for management level employees.

Cons

Zero training. There's frequent management shifts and most only look out for themselves.
