Lot's and Lot's of Paperwork, rules, Mandates, general Policies and procedures. Some fairly great hour's, and reasonable pay scale. Not much Home time --unless it rains the Jobs out. Then, there is too much Home time.

Cons

Supposed to report all violation's and error's of other Driver's or You will be held accountable, also.

When the weather is good the work is plenty. Overtime up to 20 hours is achievable. Not so bad if you need a day off for other business to attend to.

Cons

Annoying because so many in upper management change their mind constantly. Many in upper management only see the bottom line and never know what is happening on a job.
