A few years ago the Chief People Officer was separated from the company, since then the culture has completely degraded. Any sign of "employer of choice" is completely subjective to where you work and who you report to in Corporate/Operations.
Unless you are an engineer or scientist, they do not invest money in their workers despite constantly claiming that "our #1 product is our people." If this were true there would be a committed training and development department. The reality is that the strategy around succession planning, career pathing and mentoring are functionally non-existent.
If you are in the field you are completely out of luck for being treated with dignity or respect since you are the bottom of the ladder.
They no longer do the big culture building pieces and everything is focused on just "keeping the lights on". No commitment to improving processes. This is not sustainable.
Diversity and inclusion is literally non-existent. Predominantly white and male, especially in leadership roles. Top heavy management that rewards themselves with bonuses while laying off workers.
Didn't even provide an exit interview when I left after years of dedicated service. Should tell you everything you need to know about leaderships willingness for feedback. BEWARE.
