Pros

Small-company vibe, lots of diversity in projects.

Cons

Company lacks structure. No direction from management. Most management is clueless and lacks problem-solving skills on subjects that are apparent to lower-level staff. Low compensation for duties performed. Must maintain billabilty (somehow) while management cannot provide billable work.

Pros

I was a few years into my career before I came to Braun Intertec. Braun Intertec has a culture that I have not experienced before; from the friendly atmosphere to the focus on career development and support from upper management. I plan on staying at Braun Intertec for many years to come.

Cons

At times, it is a bit busy with all of the growth and opportunity so you need to be willing to learn on the fly and be willing to be flexible.
