Poor unexperienced management. High staff turnover. No mentoring. Careless towards employees. Current management doesn’t have the experience, level of professionalism, confidence to address staff nor does have the ability to mentor and draw career paths to current employees. Good employees are leaving. Poor skills to hire staff.
