Alot of room to grow. Especially if you're interested in the science side of construction. When work is good. It's good. Lots of hours. Company seems to care a lot more than others.

Cons

Not much work to life balance when you're on a big project Usually have to drive pretty far to site. Very dull if your aren't interested in the field

Overall, Braun was a good stepping stone. There are tons of talented, quality people within the company.

Cons

The environmental department in Texas was headed in a great direction until the acquisition of W&M. After the acquisition, all of the original environmental staff in Texas left the company. If that doesn't send a clear message, I don't know what will. W&M staff pushed their agenda without regard for other opinions or input. They also jeopardized the health and well-being of employees with certain medical conditions with zero regard. Low-end on the pay scale and expensive benefits.
