Pros

Fun work environment that supports employees and allows them to expand their skills and career knowledge. We work hard but we also have many fun activities outside of work that goes on such as company picnics, fishing trips, hockey games, and an annual holiday breakfast. This is my first position out of college but even though I haven't experienced another companies , I strongly believe that this is one of the best out there and am very lucky and fortunate to be apart of such a great place to work!

Cons

We have too many new and exciting opportunities at each of our 16 office locations.

Cons

Construction Materials Field Technicians are treated like disposable cheap labor. Too Many layers of management. It's almost like a pecking order.
