Lower level management is nice Lots of overtime hours if you want them

Cons

Upper level management tends to say yes to things then expect lower level employees to move inconveniently around to fulfill those needs Little variety in the work Can sometimes be overly demanding

Great people. Best technology. dynamic pace you work with the best consultants in the mid west

Cons

Not a lot of value placed on the employees. Can be very difficult to move up into different positions at work. Not many opportunities are give to employees to work in different positions to learn new skills and gain more knowledge
