There are lots of projects to work on, people are friendly, the company is growing which creates a lot of opportunity. A lot of smart people wanting to do good work. And it's employee-owned, which means it's not governed by the whims of the stock market. Plus, leadership is personable, smart and approachable. No stuffed shirts!

Pros - there are a lot of people willing to work hard, fast, and long hours. Wages are competitive. Environment is mostly positive.

Cons

Fast pace is regarded universally because of client needs, but truly could be sourced to lack of planning up front and communication issues. A lot of tenure can create roadblocks because of strong personalities and favoritism. Beware of burnout and revolving doors on certain roles.
