Pros

I worked at Braun for a little over a year. I believe it was a great experience to jump start my career. There are a lot of good people who work at Braun. Unfortunately there too many people or middle management that I was classify as dead weight, which causes confusion in company direction and leadership. Good place to get your foot in the door for future employment.

Cons

-Hours vary from day to day. Extremely hard to have a personal life with no set end time. -Engineers are hard to work with. They underestimate billable hours on jobs and the blame falls on the field technicians. -Too much middle management. No clear business direction. -too much growth too fast -low pay for labor intensive work - too much travel in certain positions - lack of growth opportunities for field personnel

Pros

The people you are working with overall, Friendly but professional environment

Cons

The finance department is hard to deal with in trying to get your foot in the door with helping with the accounting processes when they need help and no one is willing to put an employee up for advancement and help train in the correct way. System is kind of all over the place with different processes people use. Going back to college and in the end having the same position in the first place.
