Pros

Work from home is nice

Cons

Micromanaging, more concern for the numbers than the people. All the good reviews here were solicited by the company from employees who have drunk the Koolaid.

Pros

Brave Health offers tremendous growth potential, some generous benefits, the ability to increase compensation with high productivity/effective caseload management and the opportunity to provide high quality, timely services to a diverse population of clients in need.

Cons

Brave Health is growing very fast and therefore change is constant! It is very fast paced and tech heavy. This could be a big challenge at first to anyone who's not used to or comfortable with technology.

Pros

Brave Health is the gold standard for training and development. I have worked at other big name virtual tele-health companies (that I won't mention here) so I have a point of comparison. I will say that Brave has an approach that is different from other companies. The training for me was similar to bootcamp, but in a good way. I would rather be thrown into the lion's den with training and learning that way rather than being told how to do something only to forget half of what was told to you later. The leadership and supervisors/team leads are all very professional and helpful. Not to mention that the entire staff here are very "team-focused" and will help you in any way possible. If I don't know something, then I feel confident that I can ask anyone and they will sincerely try to answer the question or provide feedback. Lastly, the atmosphere/culture is vibrant, positive and motivational! If you don't have the "pep in your step" then you may need to look somewhere else. Can't say enough about this place and I glad to be a part of the growth that is happening here! Great benefits package and great pay!

Cons

I thought hard on this answer but there are no cons to mention.
