Work from home job so it’s nice to not commute

Cons

You have to do a lot of scheduling. Also they require a minimum patients seen per day, most patients cancel and that’s out of your control. They have improved in filling schedules but it’s scarey they you could be fired for something out of your control

Having a salary and consistent pay was nice.

Cons

Very easy to burnout working here. Supervisors not only lack support but are downright rude and condescending to experienced therapists. There’s constant micromanaging. They’ll schedule you 40 sessions a week with a caseload of 50+ clients. They offer PTO but most of the time will deny PTO requests. They told me I had to cancel my approved vacations and time off for the year because I took time off for bereavement. I was not allowed to take time off even unpaid.

-Pay is, overall, on the high end for licensed therapist -Fully remote and ability to work from home -Equipment to work from home is provided -Knowledgeable and supportive colleagues -You are provided with the clientele -Generous PTO

Cons

-Frequent changes in policy and procedures -Lack of work/life balance -A push for numbers rather than quality work -Appears to be a lack of care for the employees own mental well-being -High turn-over, causing patients to have to be transitioned to new therapists
