Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. They are willing to work with you and you do support if you're struggling.

Cons

However the unreasonable demands and caseload are still the same at the end of the day, There is very little room for worklife balance. They are not concerned with clinical quality they leave that up to you but are very much concerned about speed, quotas, numbers and outcomes. Those things are really important but when they are overemphasized in a healthcare model that's not pretty and result in what you have here. I wanted to keep this job until I retired and I could not

Pros

Remote company, provided equipment, good team members

Cons

Everything else, they will fire you without any notice and immediately cut off your access to everything, management does not care about the employees at all and is only focused on unethically making money

Pros

Working from home let’s you cry

Cons

The ceo thinks her certificate in drug abuse is enough to run a successful company. The clinical supervisor is critical and demanding but provides no support when asked. The training staff is probably the worst, they are rude and condescending. It’s all terrible.
