      - Fantastic benefits: daily lunch allowance, health/travel/dental insurance, generous pension matching, flexible holiday policy, charity matching, annual eduation allowance - Nice, modern offices with all the comforts: healthy snacks, catered food every Wednesday (daily in our US offices), toiletries, showers - Talented, driven colleagues: Braze's recruitment team hire exceptional talent, I have never seen a "dud" walk through the door - everyone is the best at what they do and exceed expectations daily - Opportunity for career progression: Braze is growing quickly and management are open to internal moves and seeing roles grow and evolve. Nice to see people jump between departments smoothly

      Cons

      - Some growing pains as we are expanding so quickly: for a time, better management was needed but the People team have put significant effort into training to improve this which has made a tangible difference lately - Poor maternity policy for a technology company

      Smart, positive, constructive team!

      Pros

      Braze is full of smart, motivated, and positive people. While no company is perfect, when the rubber hits the road, this group is willing to tackle problems and iterate to make things better. Leadership is forthcoming and level-headed, and our product is the best in the market.

      Cons

      Employees need to defend their own work/life balance - many employees aren't good at setting work/life boundaries, though the company always respects them.

Finding that balance is often a challenge in tech, and often for those smart, motivated and positive people you reference.
