We are saddened to hear about your negative experience. Your feedback does come as a surprise as we have not had any engineers leave our organization recently. In the past year, we have had a tremendous focus on our engineering culture. Braze regularly surveys employees on a range of engagement and satisfaction issues, and we're proud to share that our engineering team enjoys above-company-average and industry-average scores in nearly all facets of the survey. We also just had our best and most productive Hack Day ever, an event we do on a quarterly basis. Lastly, we doubled-down on improving our frontend engineering experience earlier this year with the creation of a Dashboard Infrastructure team whose mission is to provide front-end tools that engineers and designers love using.
